Original review: I am only giving this thing one star because I Amazon does not have a 0 star option. I bought the access code for this book around 5 months ago. I tried using it now and the website says my code is already enrolled. I tried contacting customer services, but they had me waiting in line for 20 minutes, and never answered me. So I have been e-mailing customer services for a few days and the only thing they tell me is that I should buy a new code. This thing is completely useless and customer services is even more useless. Do not waste your money on this !!! IT DOESN'T WORK !Update: After 3 weeks e-mailing back and forth with customer services they finally gave me a new code and it works now. However be aware that this doesn't include the software for the online homework, it only includes the e-book.

This is a cd only. NOT a book. Run from this seller
This is strictly an online access code for an e-book and online assignments. The code is only good for a semester and it was hard for me to study without a physical textbook. This worked for what I needed for my class required it.
